Cricket bats in four willow grades with A3 drawings in Solid Edge
One parametric bat per English willow grade built in Solid Edge from a chat, 1.205 to 1.306 kg, with A3 drawings checked dimension by dimension.

An AI built one parametric cricket bat per English willow grade in Siemens Solid Edge from the best dimensions of an earlier analysis. Solid Edge measured Grade 1 at 1.205 kg, within 0.25 % of the analysis, and the four grades range from 1.205 to 1.306 kg.
What was asked

The dimensions for a short-handle bat in English willow Grade 1 went to the SphereHarness chat in plain words: the sizes, the shape, and the willow's material values. The request includes "Keep the willow blade and the cane handle as two bodies" and ends "Save it as CricketBat_EW_Grade1.par in C:\CADDemo\cricket-bat-se. Show it in an isometric view fitted to the window, then tell me the measured volume, mass and overall size of the bat."
What the agent did
The agent drove Solid Edge itself: named variables, five cross-sections along the blade lofted into the spine, the bow and the toe, then a cane handle and the splice as a second body. The Grade 1 bat has a light willow blade and a darker cane handle saved as its own part.

Grades 2, 3 and 4 followed, each with its own spine, thinner edges and a 6 mm bow for grades 3 and 4, each saved as its own part.
What we measured
For Grade 1, Solid Edge gave 851 mm overall, 108 mm wide, two bodies, a volume of 3,171,738.5 mm3 (-0.23 % against the analysis) and 1.205 kg at 380 kg/m3.

Across the grades the mass climbs from 1.205 kg to 1.306 kg even as the bats get slimmer: 1.250 kg for Grade 2 and 1.278 kg for Grade 3. The analysis values are 1.208, 1.252, 1.280 and 1.309 kg, and every volume is within 0.25 %.
The drawings

An A3 drawing of the Grade 1 bat has the face, the side profile with spine, bow and toe, a section at the middle and the handle end view, with 11 dimensions placed. The stock title block still read Solid Edge, so the person asked for a company name, and the agent redrew the title block with PLM CAD, then made the same sheet for grades 2, 3 and 4.
What did not work as a dimension

Every placed dimension matched its own bat. Spine depth and the middle position are still notes, because the drawing cannot dimension the curved edges of the loft yet; the video says this was filed as a product issue. The material values for stiffness and strength are kept as file properties, because Solid Edge took only the density.

Finally all four bats were placed side by side in one assembly, from Grade 1 on the left to Grade 4 on the right. The run used Claude Agent (Opus) in the SphereHarness desktop agent 1.3.8.
